- Native english speaker
- Personable and professional on the phone
- Excellent at using a CRM and following-up when needed
- Must have access to a quiet place to work – you will be on the phone with customers daily.
- Must have a solid internet connection
- Should be available during east coast business hours
- Must be generally good with technology (know how to use a CRM, web apps, mail merge, etc.)
- Should be able to write clearly and concisely – copywriting experience is a plus!
